Pasta and baked breaded chicken. We had left overs for dinner tonight (from my mother in law).
I won't be describing how it is made today simply because I do not have the recipes. I will, however, provide you with some good substitutes I found online (see related links) below.
To make this a little healthier for me, I ate the chicken "sans" skin.
